Yoga sessions to stay connected in more ways than one…

Yoga is a wonderful work out for the body, helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely.

Every Monday, Wednesday & Thursday until Christmas from 12.15pm – 1.00pm

To help with social distancing in the gym, we will be holding all classes in the fourth floor suites in Chadwick House. Please take care as a one way system is in place – you will also need to bring with you, water and your own mat where needed.
