Work and life blurring into one: creating boundaries for a better wellbeing with Emily Brinnand

Due to the huge success of our first webinar, we are once again welcoming Personal Development Coach and Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) practitioner Emily Brinnand to deliver a second virtual wellbeing workshop.

Join us on Wednesday 9th December at 12:00pm, when Emily will be exploring building boundaries, lowering expectations, and creating healthier habits whilst balancing work and life whilst working away from the office.

During the first part of the session, Emily Brinnand will discuss the challenges we all face, including how work can sometimes blur with personal life, especially at a time when many of us are working remotely and/or separate from our teams.

Moving to the second part of the session, participants will be asked to engage in practical exercises and discussions, digging into the challenges and choices that can be made to create positive changes.

Topics will include:

  • The practical and psychological ways to improve our work/life blur
  • Building boundaries
  • How to take care of yourself during this time
  • Creating healthier habits to support ourselves
  • Lowering the expectations we put on ourselves
  • Looking ahead – the importance of gratitude

There will be moments of mindfulness meditation, so make sure you are somewhere quiet and peaceful! By the end of the session, our aim is to help improve participant’s wellbeing, relationships, self-belief and confidence during these challenging times.
