Wellbeing Week

Looking after our occupiers and their wellbeing is a priority for Birchwood Park, and we are pleased to see so many of you staying safe, getting active at home, and using our resources to help get you through.

This week is Mental Health Awareness Week and would normally be our first Wellbeing Week of the year. Unfortunately, with most of our occupiers working from home, this has been put on hold, but we hope this won’t be for long!

As an alternative, we have put together some online sessions for you to enjoy this week to help you #BeMindful and look after your mental health:
