Get on your feet and join us on a led walk to experience the nearby greenery of the Birchwood area, take in some fresh air, or even just meet other people from the Park.
Our weekly walks take place every Wednesday. Meet at Chadwick Reception at 12.30pm (subject to weather conditions).
Being active throughout the working day can help lower your risk of multiple health risks and helps you feel more relaxed and have more energy.
