We are delighted to announce our new Head Chef, Mark Round.

Mark joins us as Head Chef with 28 years of experience in the catering industry, ranging from hotels and restaurants, football stadiums, contract catering and fine dining events.

Mark is looking forward to bringing his experience to the kitchen team and to help them thrive in their position within the kitchen. His goal at the EngineRooms is to lead an eager team push the food to the next level.

The EngineRooms is open Monday – Friday for breakfast and lunch – be sure to stop by and sample the delicious foods!
