Volunteers needed to support Catalyst Choices project in Social Care Sector Warrington
16/10/2018
Catalyst Choices provide social care to adults within the Warrington area. It is an employee owned social enterprise, not for profit organisation that reinvest profits back into the business. They are currently going through a development stage and are looking at organisational culture.
They are looking for volunteers to help to canvass their staff’s thoughts about the organisations culture and how they see the future of Social Care.
This project would involve visiting Catalyst Choices venues to run through a list of pre-set questions with their staff in an arranged meeting.
The time needed for this project is a couple of hours a week spread over a few weeks (12 hours max). The ideal people for this project are those who feel they are good listeners and can put people at ease.
This is a chance for a local business to help a local not for profit business while also gaining insight into the Social Care sector.
