As part of the construction of the new warehouse at 722 Kelvin Street Birchwood Park WA3 6DW, the drainage from site must be connected to the surface and foul drains on Faraday St.
The connection point is at the roundabout, north end of Faraday Steet, opposite Darwin House.
To facilitate the safe completion of the works it will be necessary to close onsite roads and install traffic control.

Planned duration of works is 4 weeks.
Access to Faraday Street and Dalton Buildings from Daten Ave will be controlled by traffic lights.
Access and egress to Dalton Ave buildings will be controlled by Traffic lights.
Maxwell St will be closed – access to Darwin House car park, Newton House Upper car park, Lovell House East car park, Long Stay car parks – follow diversion signs. (Faraday St – Cavendish Place – Kelvin St – Maxwell St)
Faraday St northbound will be closed at the entrance to the Newton House car park. Vehicles should exit Birchwood Park via alternative routes.
