It’s been a very busy summer at Birchwood Park, and we are delighted to welcome TV and film studio company, All Studios, as a brand new occupier here on site.
All Studios is a world-class production and studio facility, with its primary base in the heart of Manchester city centre. Due to growing demand for studio space in the North West, the company has expanded onto Birchwood Park taking two self-contained units of 14,950 sqft and 6,109 sqft in Cavendish Place, to provide additional soundstages to complement the main complex. All Studios works with a range of high profile clients, including ITV, BBC, Sky and Netflix, on some of the biggest shows around – providing high-quality soundstages, with state-of-the-art acoustic treatments.
Melanie Jones, MD at All Studios said: ‘We’re thrilled to have arrived at Birchwood Park – we have seen a huge growth in production across the region in the last three years, and it’s showing no signs of slowing, with the demand driving the decision for us to expand out of Manchester into Birchwood.
‘We needed to be situated within a 15-mile radius of our existing space, with good transport links to Liverpool and Manchester, that give productions access to a wide range of location filming opportunities between the two cities. We were attracted to Birchwood Park for its vibrant campus environment, variety of amenities and sense of community, it’s a natural fit for our business, our clients and their teams.’

In 2018, Birchwood Park celebrated its 20th birthday. Since 1998, the park has almost tripled in size, providing 1.1million square feet of office and warehouse space and accommodating more than 165 businesses in a variety of sectors.
