Sunshine’s Craft Café offers several different craft activities for both adults and children to take part in.
Research has shown that creating something with your hands has many benefits including; reducing stress, reducing anxiety, improving memory and concentration. There is also the added bonus of showing off your art and design skills!
Crafting had become so popular with the parents, that Sunshine’s Café has even started holding an adult only night once a month!
