Monday, 5.30pm – 6pm
Taking place outdoors, this class involves a mixture of circuits which use your own body weight. Bootcamp is a brilliant way to mix up your weekly exercise regime or a great option if you’re looking to kick start getting fit in a friendly and sociable environment. With every class focussed on strengthening and toning the whole body it’s the perfect answer to getting body confident this summer. The activities will vary each week and will include fun games – everyone is welcome!
Tuesday, 6.30am – 7am
Short on time but fancy a fab ab workout? If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, this class will set you on the right road to finding it and chiselling that middle.
Bootcamp is free to members or £5.50 pay as you go.
