New Summer Timetable – Out Now!

We’ve listened to your feedback and are delighted to announce that our new Summer timetable is OUT NOW!

Why not try out some of our new classes such as Cardio Blast, Fit Ball or Circuit Training? Or join us for the hotly anticipated Aero Boxing!

AeroBoxing
If you’re a fan of group classes and music, this class is for you. Alternating between slow and fast paces with a series of non-contact punching and kicking exercises, inspired by combat sports.

Bootcamp
A mix up of circuits, using a mix of equipment and body weight.

Cardio Blast
Be prepared for high-energy short sessions that push the limits. You’ll never get bored during this training.

Circuit Training
This workout rotates a variety of exercises to target different parts of the body. Focusing on different muscle groups in a short amount of time is an effective full body workout.

Dance Step
Step is an aerobic exercise stepping onto and off an elevated platform.

F-abs
If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, and chiselling that middle.

Fit Ball
Perform exercises on a large inflatable ball. The exercises challenge your muscles, helping to strengthen and build up the core muscles.

Functional Workout
Help support your body in real-life movement and activities, train your muscles to improve functionality.

Group PT Training
Choose from cardio training and weight training.Max 4 people per session!

Healthy Spine
Mat based strength and stretching also includes floor, wall and fit ball exercises, principles of abdominal & pelvis control and breathing.

HIIT the Ground
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), exert your maximum energy during short periods of time followed by brief periods of recovery.

Hyrox Workout
10 divisions separated by weights and reps schemes, subcategorized by age. A timed, competitive, race with comparable world wide rankings – but for everybody!

Insanity Workout
Sweat, stretch & strengthen – all in one workout. Using just your bodyweight you’ll perform a series of low-impact, high intensity moves to work every single muscle of your body.

Kettlebells
Kettlebells is designed to get your overall body working.

Legs, Bums, and Tums
A full body aerobic workout that aims to tone up those flabby areas of your thighs, bum and stomach.

Magic Bar
Resistance-based strength workout that targets your whole body. These high-intensity fitness classes will have you doing a range exercises, and strengthen your body as you go.

Mobility
A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.

Raise the Bar
A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit.

Stretching
Feel refreshed and restored. Suitable for all, improve flexibility, balance, and range of motion.

Yoga
Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, calming the mind and de-stressing completely.

  • Chill Yoga: This will be a slow mindful class focused on the breath, mindful movement, meditation and finished with an extended relaxation.
  • Flow Yoga: A dynamic yoga to build strength and flexibility. Yoga poses flow with the breath to create heat and finishes with relaxation to melt all tension away.
  • Pregnancy Friendly Yoga: A perfect controlled practice, slow and detailed with cues. This is a breath focused class, holding postures to increase stamina, strength, flexibility, and vitality.

Spinning

  • Endurance: Pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity.
  • Hill: Training simulating riding in mountainous terrain.
  • Interval: Involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

Walkie Talkies Lunch Walk
