You don’t get a bigger representation of International Women’s Day than what Nicola Aspinall (pictured left) and Rachel Runcieman (pictured right) are showcasing right now!

Having only launched their new Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental (QHSE) training business a few months ago, Nicola and Rachel from 3TL Training Ltd in Newton House are working hard to continue this step of their journey in life. Whilst juggling family commitments and raising young children, they are proving to be a success with their provision of tailored courses delivered face-to-face at public venues or within client premises, as well as offering courses online.

Nicola and Rachel have actually worked together in the training sector for over 13 years developing a fantastic reputation for providing high standards, and the continued success with 3TL Training is down to the strong relationship between them. Not all sisters can say they are best friends let alone colleagues! These two women are an inspiration to their families and to their suppliers and clients and we wish them all the best with their new business venture!
