Move More Month: Weights Workshop

Weight training can be one of the most powerful tools in your workout, it has a host of health benefits including increased bone density and protection against osteoporosis and can build confidence.

However if you have never lifted before the free weights section of the gym can be a little intimidating – let us lift those barriers and build your confidence with this workshop designed to show you how to use free weights safely.

Join Ally on Wednesday 13th  April and Thursday 14th April at Alive & Well Gym.

Please note: Ally’s Weight workshops are taking place on the 13th in the afternoon and 14th in the morning.
