Move More Month: 80’s Walking Workout

Throw it back to the 80’s with Magda’s low impact walking workout.

This fun session is just 20 minutes but will smash out 3,000 steps. The only thing you will need to change is your shoes – great if you are short on time.

80’s Walking Workout  will be held on Monday 25th April at Chadwick House / Gym studio. Join Magda 12.30pm.
