Miller Homes appoints new Senior North West Land Manager

Miller Homes, one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, is proudly announcing the appointment of Alex Lee as the new Senior Land Manager for its North West division.

With an impressive background in the industry, Alex brings a wealth of experience to his role. His journey in the field commenced at Barratt and David Wilson Homes in the North West, where he spent seven years honing his skills.

Subsequently, he joined Stewart Milne Homes in the North West, holding the position of Senior Land Manager there for the past five years. Alex’s extensive experience in identifying, and then successfully delivering land opportunities through to purchase stage, will undoubtedly be a valuable asset for the North West region.

The appointment comes as Miller Homes gears up for a busy but exciting year in the North West region, with several key land acquisitions on the horizon. 2024 has already started strong for the company, as it pronounced the purchase of a 328-home site coming to Widnes, named Lunts Heath Rise. More announcements are set to follow in the coming months, with senior people on the team declaring this year one of its strongest in terms of innovative and strategic land purchases that will bring quality, sustainable homes to the North West.
