Meet Magda – our Alive & Well manager! Not only does Magda manage the gym, but she is also a qualified personal trainer!
She’s highly motivated with 22 years experience in Pilates, body weight workout, weights, running and dance instruction. Thorough with detail and designing exercise programmes based on your needs, goals, abilities and anatomy, Magda is always encouraging you to reach your maximum performance.
All of our team are all highly qualified in their areas of expertise, and have provided training programmes for all levels, including everyday fitness, to elite sportspeople and Olympic athletes, so you can rest assured that they will keep you on track!
All of our memberships include:
- Full use of the fully equipped gym
- Up to two weekly Free Personal Trainer sessions of 30 mins (subject to availability)
- Fitness induction
- Regular re-assessments
- Full use of the steam and sauna (currently closed due to COVID-19)
- Over 30 weekly studio classes including Yoga, Kettlebells and Spin to name a few
- Fitness advice throughout your membership
- Heart-rate training
