To help celebrate our 20th birthday we invited our local pre-schools and primary schools to take part in a competition to design a duck.
There are 3 winners; one from each age group : Pre-school, Key Stage 1 (infants) and Key Stage 2 (juniors).
We had so many fantastic designs that we decided to pick another 17 designs to create a little gallery of ducks to celebrate our 20 years.
Weather permitting we will be leaving our duck art on parade by the lake throughout the rest of the summer for everyone to enjoy.
Our winning artists are:
Pre-school = Timmy Ashworth, age 2 from Gorse Covert Pre-School
Key stage 1 = Lucy Dumbhill, age 7 from Locking Stumps Primary
Key stage 2 = Mani Ladd, age 7 ½ from Gorse Covert Primary School
They have each won a £50 voucher for the retailer of their choice.
