Lifting weights can benefit everyone no matter what your age or fitness level – our workshop focuses on coaching a fundamental lift, the appropriate warm up and mobility drills and the accessory work required to support the main lift.
Daniel will adapt the sessions so it will be good for anyone new to lifting weights as well as anyone already lifting weights but looking to improve technique.
