Birchwood Park is thrilled to welcome Diddikicks, a premier pre-school football-coaching programme to 108 Newton House.
Diddikicks specialises in creating fun-filled football sessions for children aged 18 months to 5 years old with now over 35 coaching venues across Manchester, Warrington, Merseyside, Lancashire and Yorkshire and many more planned to open continuously throughout the year. The business was originally based in a home office, but due its rapid expansion the ability of working from home became more difficult. Diddikicks wanted an office environment that was easily accessible to the M62 and had a range of first-class amenities available, which made Birchwood Park the perfect fit.
Darren Stoker, Director at Diddikicks, said, “When looking for an office space for our expanding team, Birchwood Park was the ideal option. Not only was Birchwood Park’s superb connectivity to the North West a deciding factor, but it was also the first class amenities including the gym and café available onsite.
We pride ourselves on delivering football coaching that encourages a healthy active lifestyle for children as well as increasing their confidence and developing friendships. We’re looking forward to growing Diddikicks at Birchwood Park as we expand our services across the North West.”
Mark Bladwin, senior leasing manager at Birchwood Park, said, “It’s great to welcome another successful business to Newton House. Our significant investment in road improvements will ensure that Diddikicks is well connected to its classes right across the North West.”
