Kickstart your day with Yellowbus

When working from home you need to look after your wellbeing. Here’s some useful tips to stay fresh, productive and happy:

Structure your time – This is probably the most important aspect of working from home, as you can easily lose a day or week from not having any structure.

Focus on being productive, not reactive!

Talk to each other! – Communication is key – Make sure you are in close communication with your team mates and managers. Leverage the tools you have: Microsoft Teams etc..

Take a break – Cabin fever can kick in – Get some fresh air on breaks

Eat well – Working in the office can sometimes hinder your diet, so make the most of this opportunity to eat well/ fresh.

Stay hydrated – It’s easy to go a few hours without taking on water – Keep a bottle close… (Water) : o )

Move / Exercise – Get outside for a walk / run during lunch. As you’ve had such a productive morning working proactively, get some fresh air!

Keep to your routine – Get up, and get dressed!

Working environment – It’s important to make space for your work where you can, ideally in a separate room/ desk. Make the people around you aware that you are working too, so that they provide you with the right environment if possible.

Log off at the end of the day!
