Throughout this week we will be presenting June’s flavours in The Café and The Garden Restaurant to celebrate the start of the Euros;
England: Roast beef, glazed carrots, spring onion mash
Germany: Sticky glazed bratwurst, carrot and swede mash, sauerkraut
Ireland: Maple glazed ribs, hot potato salad
Hungary: BBQ beer marinated chicken, smoked paprika, sweet potato wedges, sweetcorn pickle
Italy: Grilled Portobello mushrooms, red pepper pesto, mozzarella
Wales: Pulled pork, Welsh lamb sausage, Welsh muffin
Served all week from 12noon – 2pm.
