A brand new Running Club has launched at Alive & Well and will be held on Thursdays at 1pm.
At each session we aim to do 5km – Everyone is welcome regardless of their fitness level! If you are a beginner on your running journey, Magda will be there to support you every step of the way.
Try something new! For members, you can book via the FitSense App, and for non-members, simply book via firstname.lastname@example.org. FREE trials are available if you want to give it a go with our friendly team.
