Our occupiers Haier Europe have announced the launch of their new team of Healthy Mind Champions in line with World Mental Health Day last week.
Eleven team members are now certified to be mental health first aiders in their three office locations and in the field, where they are the first point of contact for colleagues who are experiencing a mental health issue or emotional distress.
Haier Europe is committed to promoting the workforce’s health and wellbeing, and are passionate about reducing the stigma that is often associated with mental health issues and normalising conversations around mental health.
