Colleagues at Haier Europe are excited to kick off a new campaign inspired by the feedback from colleagues which has been aligned perfectly with National Inclusion Week, focusing on the theme of ‘Take Action, Make an Impact.’
Team members expressed a strong desire to hear from leaders about belonging topics and to shed light on the diversity within the leadership team. Haier is committed to breaking the silence around typically taboo subjects and fostering open conversations, and have launched their first ‘fireside chat’ at their Birchwood Park offices which has been a huge success!
