Grow your business at Birchwood Park: Argyle NW expand into bigger office space

Argyle NW, based in Lovell House enjoyed an extremely busy lockdown due to the construction sector staying open, with many local authorities instructing the company to carry out additional carriageway works due to the restricted traffic flow. Thanks to the increased business, Argyle was able to recruit hugely across all business streams during this time.

Argyle NW covers a wide range of business streams including civil engineering, surfacing, groundworks as well as specialist building and construction services. Their client base covers the majority of the national housing developers, multiple local authorities as well as maintenance contracts for the likes of Royal Mail and Greater Manchester Police. Predominantly covering the North West, but many projects taking the company even further afield.

Ben Shaw, Director of Argyle NW said of the expansion:

“The reasons for choosing Birchwood Park was its central location to our works coverage and mainly because a large selection of our client base are situated here on the park (the likes of Countryside Homes, Miller Homes, Bellway Homes, David Wilson Homes). Birchwood Park appears to be the Mecca for the North Wests housing developers so acquiring a satellite office based here on the park, the obvious choice.

The reason for moving to a larger office within Lovell house was due to acquiring two new employees over the last couple of months. Max Webster a trainee Quantity Surveyor and Reece Dawes an Adoptions Engineer, both predominantly working for the business streams controlled at our operation here on Birchwood Park.”

We look forward to seeing more from Argyle NW in 2022 and beyond!
