We’re ready for some festive fitness fun in the run up to Christmas! Why not wear your favourite Christmas jumper to your next workout to add an extra level of difficulty, or bring your Christmas hat to your next class – we’re all for a bit of light hearted fun!
Please note that all of our classes are running as normal, and are still located in Chadwick House, giving you plenty of space to work out for extra peace of mind.
Don’t forget to book your class via the FitSense app, or via email. There’s no need to be a member to take part, Alive & Well offer a pay as you go service, so there are no excuses – you can even bring a friend!
