Sing 2 is a 2021 musical comedy produced by Illumination, and distributed by Universal Pictures. The sequel to Sing (2016), it was again written and directed by Garth Jennings. The film stars an ensemble cast consisting of Matthew McConaughey, Reese Witherspoon, Scarlett Johansson, Taron Egerton, Jennifer Saunders, Pharrell Williams, and Bono.
It tells the story of Buster Moon and his friends who must persuade reclusive rock star Clay Calloway to join them for the opening of a new show.
