Tickets are open to all, subject to availability, however if needed priority will be given to people employed by companies located on Birchwood Park. Parking is FREE with a validated ticket. Your ticket can be validated in The Generator. Café/Restaurant facilities will close at 3pm. Birchwood Park cannot accept responsibility for your safety whilst attending the event. Seating will be unreserved and allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis. At all times we will endeavour to ensure that films are shown in accordance with schedule advertised. However, we reserve the right to cancel a showing, substitute an alternative film or vary the time of a showing, if forced to do so by circumstances beyond our control. Every effort will be made to accommodate late-comers but to avoid disturbance to our other guests, guests who arrive after the main feature has started will not be entitled to enter the auditorium unless permitted by the Manager’s at his/her discretion. Admission to a Movie Night can be refused to anyone who is below or appears to be below the minimum age required by the relevant classification of the British Board of Film Classification. Proof of age may be required.Tickets may not be re-sold or used for any commercial purpose. We reserve the right to amend these Ticket Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice.
