Congratulations to our security team members Ian and Paul for being awarded ‘Service Excellence of the Year’ by Westgrove.
They were presented with this awarded due to their outstanding service when they were called to our archives upon reports of a flood. As ever, the team went above and beyond without question, and collected the wet vac, isolated the system and began clearing the water before it progressed into the storage areas. Their ‘Expect More’ moment thankfully saved many of our occupiers’ documents, taking 1 ½ hours to fully clear the water.
We are always proud of our security team, and are delighted they have been rewarded so highly.
