Digital Wellbeing Week

This week, we are hosting a number of activities aimed at helping you look after your wellbeing at home, with the launch of our first ‘Digital Wellbeing Week’.

As part of the week, we will be holding the following health and wellbeing events, so be sure to book on to avoid disappointment:

Monday – Stretch and Mobility with LK Rehab
1pm – 1.30pm
30 minutes of both joint mobility and muscular stretching to get you moving and feeling looser.
To book on, please email Laura on laura@lkrehab.co.uk

Tuesday – Health and Nutrition with Jane
