Continued success for Allegiant Financial Services

Chadwick House based claims management company Allegiant Finance Services has certainly proved to be one of the Park’s success stories during the pandemic.

The firm, which specialises in claiming compensation from high cost lenders on behalf of consumers, presently represents over 60,000 customers nationwide and saw turnover increase five-fold last year.

Jemma Marshall, Managing Director said “Many people are surprised to hear that there is a claims management company based at the Park, but we try and do things a bit differently. We are primarily a FinTech, using cloud based platforms to provide automated solutions which improve the customer journey – not hinder it. We blend this with carefully selected human touchpoints and are thrilled to have over 600 reviews rating us as “Excellent” on Trustpilot.

Allegiant plans continued growth, with a new pension mis-selling claim service due to launch in March 2021.

Jemma explained “claims management companies have rightfully had a bad reputation over the years, but nowadays the industry is regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority with rogue companies being forced out of the market. We operate an ethical online model, with no call centres. Our customers come to us. We are really proud of what we have created and we are looking forward to challenging the established pension claims management companies for market share.
