Chaplain’s Corner

Have you ever tried guided meditation? These short, guided sessions can help boost your mental wellbeing, promoting emotional and physical healing and help with stress relief.

Our chaplains have created some 5 minute videos that can help you de-stress and feel calmer in trying times. Why not give them a go here:
