Sadly this year, school work experience is unable to take place under normal circumstances due to Covid19 – however The Warrington Pledge are working together with employers to find a solution.
If your company is interested in supporting this initiative, The Warrington Pledge are welcoming input from employers to discuss how they can develop virtual work experience for Warrington pupils.
A vital part of the virtual work experience is use of IT, but currently 13% of secondary school students across Cheshire and Warrington don’t have access to a computer or broadband connectivity. Sadly this means that more than 1 in 10 students are unable to participate in online schooling.
