Birchwood Park is home to some of the biggest brains in the UK, what better way to showcase this than by adding a new category to our annual Duck Dash?
Over the years we have seen more and more innovative entries to make ducks go faster with the addition of motors and mechanics and other clever tricks, so this year we have decided to introduce our first ever race for Engineered Ducks which will take place on the lake the day before DuckFest – Wednesday 29th May at 12.15pm, ducks must be at the check in point by 12.00pm.
For the race to take place we need a minimum of 10 entries, so get your thinking caps on and your ideas flowing. There are no rules, but please stay safe, it shouldn’t contain anything that can harm people, our lake or wildlife!
Ducks are £5 each to enter and are on sale from our reception desks at Chadwick, 401, Bridgewater Place, EngineRooms and Alive & Well Gym.
