PATRIZIA UK, manager of Birchwood Park has further strengthened its team with the appointment of Martin O’Rourke as Commercial Director.
Martin joins us from commercial property investment and asset management business Riddell TPS Limited, Manchester, where he managed the firm’s nationwide client portfolio.
In his new role at Birchwood Park, Martin will manage all existing buildings to ensure that they continue to meet the needs and requirements for our occupiers.
Martin O’Rourke said: “I’m looking forward to a new challenge at Birchwood Park. My previous roles have involved multiple site management across the UK so this is an exciting and refreshing opportunity to manage a single site of this scale and success.
