Birchwood Park occupier completes refurbishment works of Capital FM premises in Liverpool

Birchwood Park occupier Concept Commercial Interiors Limited, has recently completed the contract for the refurbishment works associated with the re-branding of the radio station “Juice FM” in Liverpool to “Capital FM Liverpool”. You may well have seen the many recent TV advertisements following the re-launch.

CCI carried out the original fit out of these premises at Liverpool One when “Juice FM” relocated there in 2011. Four years on, the new owners of the radio station approached CCI to tender for the works associated with the re-branding.
