Congratulations to Atkins Realis who beat AECOM in a nerve wracking penalty shoot out to win this year’s Parklife Cup final.
Route to the final :
Atkins Realis won the first semi final beating Vestas 1-0 progressing them to the final.
Next up we had the 2nd semi final between AECOM and RPS, AECOM came up on top winning 1-0 and bagging their place in the final.
The Final kicked off between Atkins Realis and AECOM and ended in a another goalless draw, sending us to Penalties – both teams agreed to best out of 3 which after 3 attempts also finished up at a 1-1 draw, so it went to Sudden Death with Atkins Realis pulling it out of the bag to claim the win.
The play off game for 3rd place between Vestas and RPS also ended in Sudden Death Penalties with Vestas came up on top to claim 3rd Place.
