Following a recent award win for our facilities team, our facilities Supervisor Lauren would like to share some kind words about the hard work of everyone involved:
I am speechless of how to express how proud we are of our team here at Birchwood Park. It has been a very difficult year for everyone all over the world, however, our team at Birchwood Park have continued to go above and beyond for every single person that walks through the door. They continue to work hard and provide the best service to our clients – just last week we received some amazing feedback on our team’s performance from our CBRE on site manager.
The Team continue to smile no matter the circumstances. Within the last year we have completed some fresh thinking to maintain a happy and safe environment for all our occupiers; We have worked with the client and purchased the clorax360 electrostatic sprayer, demonstrating our commitment to the cleanliness of the park during the pandemic; The team have worked together to agree a change of shift to allow each building to be visited and maintained each night; We continuously strive to improve our services daily and are always looking to maintain a safe and working environment for our colleagues, customers, and visitors.
The Team’s performance is just outstanding from start to finish, it is very much appreciated from each and every one of the management team here. I believe a huge thank you and an award is very well deserved to say the least.
