We’re excited to announce that this year, in addition to Birchwood Park’s fundraising for Peace & Mind UK, the Alive & Well team will also be supporting the charity Reverse Rett, an organization dedicated to finding a cure for Rett Syndrome—a severe neurological disorder that affects mainly girls, causing significant physical and cognitive impairments.
This cause is particularly close to our personal trainer Jimmy’s heart, and he feels very passionately about supporting it. We’re planning a range of exciting fundraising events that you can all get involved in!
