Ann (Annie) O’Neill has just joined Adoption Matters as their new Fundraising & Relationship Manager. She joined the organisation on 26th July after spending 36 years working in real estate in the field of commercial business rates. It’s a complete change for Annie, but one that she has welcomed. Annie herself is an adopter, having adopted her two children ten years ago, and is keen to give back to the industry that gave her the dream of having her own family.
She will primarily be working to raise funds for the Centre for Adoption Support (CFAS) – the post-adoption service that sits under Adoption Matters. She is really keen to ensure that adoptive families are able to seek all the help required to navigate their way through their adoption journey.
Annie also wants to raise awareness around adoption, in the hope of increasing the number of potential adopters. If anyone is interested in adoption, or helping to raise funds for the CFAS cause, please do drop Annie an email on ann.oneill@adoptionmatters.org.
Annie is Warrington Office based and she will be working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, and will usually be here at Birchwood Park most Tuesday’s.
