Operations Supervisor – Restaurant, Counter and Grab & Go Areas
Monday-Friday l 37.5 hours a week over 5 days, working hours are between 7am-6pm on a rota basis (8hrs/day).

Duties will include:
- Supervise the daily operations of the restaurant, counter and grab & go areas with a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service.
- Direct, lead, Inspire, Motivate and develop the team
- Ensure the preparation and presentation of the food and beverage is of a high standard to brand standards & complies with food safety regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance in all processes of people, food & drink and health and safety.
- Maximise sales & revenue, including up-selling F&B and relevant facilities
- Communicating with relevant departments –to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Actively seek feedback and sales leads wherever possible.

About the Job
It’s a busy day time, Monday to Friday role – you’ll be serving food & drink to customers – taking orders, waiting tables, and ensuring all areas are always clean and tidy.
You’ll provide a warm and welcoming service to all our customers with a friendly smile. You’ll need to be able to talk customers through our menus and be aware of options for dietary requirements.
Full, part time and casual positions are available with full training provided with career paths put in place.

Sales & Events Co-ordinator

About the Job
Monday-Friday l 25 hours a week over 5 days, between 8am-6pm (5hrs/day) £10.42 per hour
It’s a busy Monday to Friday role – You’ll provide a warm welcome to all our customers with a friendly smile. You’ll need to be able help our customers with event bookings and queries and support our Meetings & Events team to deliver a great experience for our customers.
Duties will include:
- Taking enquiries by email, over the phone and face to face
- Ensuring enquiries are managed to maximise sales & revenue, including up-selling F&B and relevant facilities
- Communicating with relevant departments – Meeting & Events, Kitchen etc to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded.
- Liaising with clients to ensure that accurate details for each event & reservation are obtained, producing and sharing invoices as required.
- Responsibility for the reception area inc. meet and greet and liaising with visitors
- Establishing client requirements and identifying how we can facilitate their needs
- Actively seeking client feedback and sales leads wherever possible.
- Compiling accurate function sheets, distributing weekly and discussing with Operations Team, accordingly, providing updates as required
- General administrative duties as required
