Cheshire and Warrington Sustainable & Inclusive Economic Plan Consultation Workshop

Cheshire and Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership are working closely with Cheshire and Warrington Local Authorities to develop a new Sustainable & Inclusive Economic Plan and are seeking views from interested stakeholders including wider businesses, local authority colleagues, the community and voluntary sector and health sector to help us co-create the new sustainable and inclusive economic plan.

The Sustainable & Inclusive Economic Plan will be our shared plan to grow and develop the Cheshire and Warrington economy that helps to deliver our Leaders’ Board and LEP ambitions to be the UK’s healthiest, most sustainable, inclusive and growing economy.

It is an evidence-based response to our economic challenges and opportunities, and we have committed to refresh, consolidate and reframe our economic strategy to ensure it meets our sustainable and inclusive growth vision, is effective, compelling, will maximise investment, and deliver our wider economic priorities for people, businesses and places into the future. We refreshed our evidence base in 2022  to take account of the changes in the external environment such as Covid, EU exit, Net Zero, Levelling Up and other government policies.
