Alive & Well Winter Timetable

At Alive & Well gym we can help you stay active during the winter months.

Body Shape | 30 minute
Work your body: abdomen, thighs, buttocks and arms. Training for all levels.

Boxing | 30 minute
There’s a reason Boxers are lean fighting machines- discover the secret to their fitness success in this class. Increase your fitness and burn calories. We recommend that you bring your own boxing gloves!

Fab ABS | 30 minute
Short on time but fancy a fab ab workout? If you’re on the hunt for that elusive six pack, this class will set you on the right road to finding it and chiselling that middle.

Group PT training | 30 minutes
It has always been known that training with a friend is more motivating, so book our new group training now. You can choose from cardio training and weight training. Max 4 people per session!

HIIT Workout | 30 minute
High-intensity interval training (HIIT), alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods.

Kettlebells | 30 minute
Kettlebells is designed to get your overall body working. This is structured by working the 4 main compound areas: knee dominant (squat), posterior chain (swing), Upper pull and Upper push (arm movements). Whilst also working on these 4 movement patterns we superset them with bodyweight exercises to burn those extra calories.

Mobility Workout | 30 minute
A class to help you to develop the ability to move more freely in different ranges of movement.

Raise the Bar | 30 minute
A high- intensity full body workout. This class will get you lean, strong, fast and fit. It burns a high number of calories during the class and for several hours after! If you want to push yourself to your limits, this class is for you!

Spinning | 30 minutes
Endurance – pro-health classes aimed at improving endurance and aerobic capacity, also aimed at effective fat burning. Hill – training simulating riding in mountainous terrain, aimed at improving
muscle strength and endurance. Interval – is a type of training that involves a series of high-intensity workouts interspersed with rest or relief periods.

Tabata Workout | 30 minute
A fast paced, fun, fat burning class. 30 minutes of interval workouts made up of 20 second rounds at maximum intensity followed by 10 second rest periods for a total of eight rounds.

Yoga | 30 minutes

Yoga is a wonderful workout for the body & mind. Helping to tone up muscles and increase flexibility, whilst calming the mind and de-stressing completely.
