Following the success of last year’s event, we’re pleased to bring back the Introduction to Project Management.

Delegates will have the opportunity to gain an overview of the project profession from experts across the nuclear industry and beyond including sessions led by the Projects Director at Sellafield Ltd, the Managing Director of Laird Consulting, and the Portfolio Risk Manager from Transport for the North.
The session will cover aspects of project management, from basic fundamentals to making the perfect business case, and from gaining an understanding of risk management to project delivery methods.
