Atkins team members volunteer at Warrington RSPCA Cruelty Case Boarding Centre

Several members of Atkins staff have spent two days volunteering for the Warrington branch of the RSPCA last year.
Although the backgrounds of most of these cats and dogs is nothing short of horrific we were delighted to see them recovering so well with the help of the amazing team at the shelter, we felt we had to offer to help with the marvellous work they are doing and so helped them carry out much needed improvements to the shelter.
Warrington, Halton & St Helens Branch is a cruelty case boarding centre, looking after only the most in need dogs and cats. They are with the facility because they have been rescued from horrific situations by RSPCA inspectors, and because their owners prosecutions are ongoing.
While they live there, they are helped to recover from what has happened to them in the past by care, treatment and showing them lots of love!
Atkins have further helped the shelter by fundraising, and have an RSPC donations box in the office where treats, food, and toys are collected for the animals.
In January Atkins also held a raffle and a fundraising football card and raised just over £200 for the shelter.
