The Chamber is working with the Cheshire & Warrington Local Enterprise Partnership and Winning Pitch to deliver 18 hours of intensive coaching for SMEs with at least 5 employees and turnover of £100,000.
This programme will be especially relevant for business leaders who:-
- Need support, help and advice about how to handle their current key critical issues
- Want to grow their business but don’t know where to start, can’t see past the here & now
- Need their people to take ownership and show initiative to move the business forward
- Want to tackle staff issues but don’t want to upset or demotivate them
- Need help navigating new business initiatives or maximising return from big deals
- Want to look forward internally & externally to benefit from opportunities and mitigate risks
- Need to improve the blend of business and pleasure in their lives
