Oktoberfest Theme Thursday

Our Chefs will be bringing the flavours of Bavaria to Birchwood Park on Thursday 19th October.

Bavarian Lentil Soup
Onion, leek, celery, carrot, brown lentil, nutmeg, potato, apple cider vinegar

Overnight Confit Chicken Leg
Served on homemade sauerkraut with a red wine jus

Vegan or Bratwurst Sausage
Served with caramelized onion on a pretzel bun

Meat loaf of finely ground beef, dry slaw, fried egg on a toasted bun
