The source of the Mississippi River was discovered in 1832 by American Geographer Henry Schoolcraft.
Many Arcadians relocated from Canada to Louisiana (along the Mississippi), from 1755 after the seven years’ war between France and Great Britain. With them, they brought their unique culture which became known as Cajun.
Subsequently, Cajun food has become very popular, and we would like to share some with you in The Garden Restaurant on Thursday 13th July.
