Greater Manchester Business Week has revealed their annual list of the top 200 companies in the North West, with two Birchwood Park businesses featuring in the top four.
Global engineering business Amec Foster Wheeler and Certas Energy UK, the leading energy distributer both based here on Birchwood Park ranked an impressive second and fourth respectively. Birchwood-based business Betfred also topped the list.
Produced in partnership with Barclays and Manchester Airports Group, the 2016 list celebrates the successes of the biggest and best companies in the region.
The data was compiled by Manchester Metropolitan University and considered a range of measures including turnover reported in accounts filed up to the May 31st cut off point.
