Walk the World with Alive & Well

Increase your cardio for Healthy Heart Month (5th – 28th February) in a fun and easy way, with our walking challenges!

19th – 23rd February:
Our third challenge for Healthy Heart Month is to walk the height of the Taj Mahal in India (73m) 40 times! (2.9km) and the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur (452m) 8 times (3.1km)

26th – 28th February:
Our last challenges are biggies! Can you walk the height of the Tokyo Skytree (634m) 4 times (2.5km) and the Burj Khalifa in Dubai (828m) 3 times (2.5km)?

Not a fan of walking? We’ve an extra challenge for those expert runners out there.

Can you run the length of Hadrian’s Wall? Help us by building up your miles throughout the month and add them to the leader board – help the team reach the 117km mark!
